in
Venezuela
Caracas,
Venezuela
Over
100
South
American
organizations
were
introduced
to
Professional
DynaMetric
Programs'
Integrated
Management
System
on
March
8,
2001,
in
the
first
program
of
its
kind
to
be
held
in
the
country.
The
event
was
hosted
by
Factor
Humano,
Professional
DynaMetric
Programs'
(PDP's)
newest
licensed
representative.
"The
group
was
composed
of
clients
and
prospective
companies
who
were
interested
in
learning
how
a
management
system
based
on
personality
assessment
tools
can
create
a
dynamic,
successful
organization
where
employees
work
as
a
team,"
according
to
Brent
Hubby,
chief
executive
officer
of
PDP,
who
traveled
to
Caracas
for
the
program.
Dr.
Lila
Franco,
president
and
chief
executive
officer
of
Factor
Humano,
opened
the
half-day
event
and
set
the
tone
for
the
program
by
providing
an
overview
of
how
the
company
has
expanded
its
business
over
the
past
year
to
more
effectively
meet
client
needs.
Hubby
offered
an
in-depth
look
at
PDP's
management
system,
with
Arturo
Schinagel
interpreting
into
Spanish.
Dr.
Franco
noted
that
the
event
generated
a
great
deal
of
excitement
and
interest
in
PDP.
"Over
60
percent
of
the
attendees
were
most
interested
in
the
addition
of
PDP's
processes
and
tools
to
our
suite
of
products."
Factor
Humano
is
one
of
the
top
five
consulting
firms
in
Caracas.
With
a
network
of
15
consultants,
Factor
Humano's
clients
include
Chrysler,
Philip
Morris,
Owens
Illinois
and
many
other
international
companies.
Alonzo
Rios,
who
has
worked
with
Factor
Humano
for
over
four
years,
will
spearhead
the
PDP
business
unit
for
the
company.
