DAY 2: Build upon the ProScan® data to utilize TeamScan's® analytical components.
Learn to choose among a wide array of customizable team reports and graphs
that are professional, polished, easy to use and understand. Explore the
Team Dynamics Strat-Map® for facilitating team development processes
targeted at enhancing interactions and performance.
DAY 3: Learn to utilize JobScan® software to build job models, screen applicants for success characteristics, recommend best hires, and obtain the best fit for existing employees. Explore techniques and tools for facilitating client learning and performance improvement through interactive workshops. Develop new action plans, applications and training programs for consulting, speaking, coaching, teaching, and/or delivering presentations. See what has worked most successfully.
