Knowledgeable professionals, skilled in applying DYNAMETRIC™ resources in consulting applications, conduct a three-day, focused Learning Forum. Small groups of consultants are guided through the theory (research foundations), strategy, and implementation of the DYNAMETRIC™ Integrated Management System. Hands-on, experiential training is provided in the use of proprietary software, facilitation workbooks, audio-visual tools, and service delivery strategies.
At the conclusion of the Learning Forum, attendees are certified as knowledgeable and skilled in delivering the most effective and proper uses of DYNAMETRICS™, and are thereby entitled to attach the professional designation of "CDMP" to their names.
